DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

In this phase of the project, P R LIBY & CO will create an initial design concept.

We will thoughtfully source products for your home. The scope of services will include

selection of furniture, fabric, paint, flooring, wall covering, hard surfaces, art, accessories, etc.

For clients who want additional services, we offer kitchen and bath remodel, space planning

and the redesign of architectural elements. ​

ORDERING,TRACKING,IMPLEMENTATION

P R LIBY & CO will manage all steps of the design process.

Each purchase will be approved and authorized

by you before ordering.

FINAL SITE VISIT

P R LIBY & CO will perform a final walk-through and punch-list.

COMPLETION

Upon the completion of your project, P R LIBY & CO will issue the final invoice.

**Before, during and after photos taken during this project may be published

to our website, social media, or other material if authorized

in writing by the client.
